3. AGS Household Storage reserves the right to inspect units if required by law.
1. The storage unit is rented on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis, as per your chosen plan.
2. Payments must be made in advance through approved methods (cashless preferred).
3. Late payments may result in penalties or restricted access to your storage unit.

=> Natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
=> Theft, burglary, or accidental damage beyond reasonable control.
2. Customers are advised to purchase personal insurance for stored goods.
